Hello all. My story began several years ago when I separated from my husband. The break up of a marriage after 20 years is tough enough , especially on the children . However I had no idea what was in store... I got involved and allowed a man to move in and was on the verge of marrying him when , after developing anxiety and experiencing depression as well as a complete change of character I 'saw the light' and learned that for two years I had been subjected to a person with NPD ( google it if interested)
Thankfully I'm five months forward and recovering well, I even have a wonderful man supporting me and it's early days but a huge relief.
That's it in a nutshell. I sought help with my anxiety and overcame the worst of it even in that toxic relationship.
