Well guys still awake , been reading some posts it's calming me down a little with support , but it's like a wave . Just made a cuppa and having ginger biscuits cos i remember when was pregnant and nausea it helped , not sure if helping now. Binkynoo

Hi Binkynoo, ginger biscuits are soothing to the stomach along with a cup of tea. Also start doing some slow relaxing deep breathing when in bed. Clear your mind of any thoughts of the day or tomorrow. Stay in the present moment. Make sure your bedroom is dark or dimly lit and that it is a comfortable temperature for sleeping. Place one hand on your abdomen and the other on your chest. As you take in that deep breath your hand should rise. Make sure your eyes are closed and your breathing is slow and deliberate. You will start calm down your mind and your body. Just writing this is making me sleepy. Hope this helps some. Goodnight Binkynoo...sleep well. You are safe. x
