K16AB, You are correct in that we can feel lonely even in a room full of people. It's because the feeling of being connected is within us. When we are anxious, our anxiety takes away all the energy we use to have for life and others. We are no longer interested in what's around us. Everything is focused on what's inside our head making us feel this way. We have to start with ourselves before we can feel comfortable with others. Why is Sunday Morning difficult for you? Is it because if's the start of the end of the weekend? Do you feel you missed using time off from school or work in not doing anything worth while? Turning your thoughts around to a new start with a new week ahead can life your spirits. Happy Monday! Make it a good day :)
