Does anyone else get a prickly sensation in their skin? And any idea how long it can last? Mine all started after my first panic attack in January and has continued since, along with muscle tremors. The prickly feelings hit in just about every corner of my body, some intense and some mild. Usually hits when I'm seated or lying down resting. Is there a such thing as residual effects that last long after panic attacks?
