So I'm really freaking out here about two weeks ago I had this random pulsating headache on the left side of my head. It came on instantly. Normally when I have a headache, it gradually builds until I need to take some aspirin or something. This however came out no where. It wasn't so severe that I was doubling over with pain or anything just enough to get me to start freaking out I took so aspirin and I feel asleep I woke up it was gone. I had gotten my eyes dialated that day so I thought the not being able to see clearly was the cause. However, today it happen again. Just a random pulsating pain same spot as last time. The pain starts about middle top left head and pulsates all the way down to my ear. I almost went into a full blown panic attack. I normally can tell what my headaches are from, lack of caffeine, sleep, stress, etc but this one feels new to me. Has anyone experienced this or know what this is??

Ok firstly try to calm down & remember to breathe....

in for the count of 4.......

Hold it for the count of 3.......

Breathe out to the count of 4.....

Headaches can happen for any reason. It could be the weather, stress, looking at a computer too long or maybe just a tension build up.

Don't use dr Google to try to determine the reason, it's a headache nothing else. Take an aspirin, calm down & I'm sure it'll go. I know it's hard but try not to wind yourself up as it will only make it worse.

I'm here if you need to talk x

I just hate this anxiety so much sometimes. I was actually having a really good day not having any anxious feelings or symptoms. I don't get days like very often at all so it was nice to have such a nice start without freaking out over anything. But then anxiety has to come in and scare the hell out of a ruin the rest of the day. I did take some aspirin and it did numb the pain. Too bad it doesn't numb the anxiety too. I've researched so much about how to deal with anxiety and ways to help over come panic, different techniques and everything and it's just not working. I'm afraid I'm doomed living like this for the rest of my life I look back at myself 2 years and I can't believe how good I use to have it without the constant worrying about my health or feeling every little sensation or the constant worry about if I'm going to die. I want the old me back but I don't know if he'll ever be around again

Darling I feel the very same.... Anxiety has ruined me as a person but do you know what? I refuse to give up!

I'm suffering myself at the moment after being pretty much anxiety free for the last 5 years. It's a horrible place and I too have done lots of research etc.

Do you take medication? I refused to at first but then someone said to me, if you had diabetes you would take insulin. We have an illness & sometimes the only way to treat it is with medication.

Put today down as experience & move on. Recently I've come to the conclusion that if I'm constantly looking for anxiety it will constantly be there.

It's a bad day, not a bad life....

Tough times never last but tough people do.

Like I said I'm always here x
