How do you know?

How do you know what you have?

For the first time in 2-3 nights I actually slept like no jumping no heat or rasing heart beat no falling sensation and being able to move no just waiting for the next thing or feeling like I am drowning even though I am on land and no where near water (ok maybe 8-11 meters) I was just out cold after 2 nights of no sleep is that normal? Does anyone know what it is called of what I described?
