Dizziness all the time making me severely anxious

Hi I was told I have vertigo a month ago and that it would go after a few days with Meds however over a month later and I'm still feeling extremely light headed and dizzy all the time I'm so anxious and have been post natal for a year after my second child

Im having very scary thoughts that I can't control and is affecting my whole life

Someone please help
