worrying about everything

hi everyone! chanced upon this forum/page while searching the web.

i haven't gone to any doctor about this and i'm wondering if i should. i find that i'm always worrying about my dog ( a 9yr old yorkie who was diagnosed a year ago with a collapsed trachea and an enlarged heart) AND my parents. we all sleep in the same room and i find myself waking up a couple of times just to see if they're breathing especially when i don't hear them snoring (dog and parents). i don't get enough sleep or sometimes not at all. i'm always tired in the morning because of this...

i'm on the fence whether i should go see a doctor or not..
