I have Fall down like a Guy who have Fits..

I fall down 7 times from 6 years like a guy who have fits.. When i Consulted a Neurologist he suggested me to Psychiatrist Coz i can't able to control my thoughts and when i feel more sad or happy or exited.. i will get some shock in my mind and i will fall down... Please some one help me daily i feel this.. But i will control now also i'm feeling the same.. Like i will get Electric Shocks... God Who can help me on this.. I'm dying daily crying daily
