Shortness of breath and chest pain/tightness

Hello everyone,

Ive been experiencing shortness of breath with a mild chest pain/tightness for a couple of days now.. it comes and goes

Is this normal symptom with anxiety?

I get sever shortness of breath and a burning feeling in my lungs and my doc said it was anxiety. Sometimes I really feel like I can't catch my breath but if I take my mess it goes away.

Hi , not nice feeling like this is it ! Have you seen your dr ? It's been very humid the last few days & i have a chest infection plus there is lots of pollen about this time of the year , so first get to your dr, & make sure that it is what you think it is ,I have had anxiety since I was a child Yuk for well over 50 plus years I hate it, but it's part of who I am & like it or not it's how it is . I hope you've got some help , I get worn out with it at times I don't even like going into my garden if you want anything I can help you with through this page , please get in touch , stay happy & know you are not alone . Hi I ended up with an Ambulance out yesterday , Palptations for 5 Plus hours ,I was silly not to get them out until my heart rate was ok . Does it never end .
