Tinnitus and health anxiety.

So this morning I was just relaxing in bed, fast forward around 1-2 hours, and there's this noticeable ringing in my ears, not bad, it happens a lot, thirty minutes later I start to worry, another ten minutes goes by and I start shaking wondering if it will go away or not. I start completely braking down and crying once an hour has passed, so obviously I resort to Dr. Google, that was a bad mistake because everyone that had my symptoms said that one day it never went away or that there's no cure.

I obviously started crying and panicking, two hours later, I make an appointment for the doctors for Monday.

By now I'm completely in shock and fear, for no valid reason other than me reading through a few forums about people who had it bad.

Right now it's very quiet, but I'm still quite frightened.

Yesterday the ear that I have tinnitus in felt very full and had a lot of pressure in it.

I also have a flu, so I don't know what to think.
