This is driving me CRAZY

I am feeling so low with my health anxiety at the moment. About three weeks ago I woke up with really achy sore arms which has spread to my legs. They're not unbearably painful but achy and heavy. I have a really tender point at bottom of spine too which hurts if I press it. I am so scared, I've been for blood tests but cannot stand the thought that it is serious. I am beside myself with worry I just feel like.crying all the time. I can't though because I am at work and need to carry on. Work is great though because it is some relief to have my mind on something else for a little while. I just don't know how much more I can take of this 😥
