trying to fall sleep i cant it making me go crazy im tierd

i cant go to sleep my heart feel like its beating slow orr pausing i notice when it does that i cough and trying to catch my breath also while having my eyes closed i cant stop twiching at all my like my neck and head i cant relax and go to sleep i keep twiching what can all this be ?

I'm not sure what it could be but try taking even breaths, maybe take a little walk to the kitchen and have some water? Or open a window to have some fresh air. Turn a tv or music on to play in the background could help, whatever makes you comfortable. I hope this helps.
