Sicky feeling stomach

Hi guys well I have and trying to cope with a very unusual feeling of constant sicky stomach and even a noisy tummy I am very stressed at the moment where I can feel that in knots on top of the sicky feeling it's causing me not to sleep . I have suffered health anxiety in the past and thyroid issues I am onlybon iron & vit d cos I am so low on these , maybe it's that but I'm so down . If I could just have a full 12 hours solid sleep I'm sure I would feel the world if good. I'm also wondering if this underlying sicky feeling is due to my monthly or lack of something or a water infection I'm at a loss anyone been through this . I need knocking out to a point I am so relaxed and calm. Help binkynoo
