Cold clammy hands! 🙄

Hey all! So I was just wondering if any of you other anxious people deal with consistent cold and clammy hands. It's real gross feeling and inconvenient! I know it's from anxiety. I don't have a health condition that causes it. I know it's from my blood vessels constricting while I'm going through a period of anxiety... I'm wondering if anyone has any tips. I find myself washing my hands all the time because it gets them wet with water and hides the nasty dead fish feeling for a few mins after lol. Is this common to have even when I'm not feeling super anxious and just generally anxious? Just curious to see if you guys get this or if it's just me. What do you do to cope with it? So annoying and embarrasing
