I always think that for any problem, it helps to do your own research!
There is an online free course from the University of Reading called "Understanding Anxiety, depression and CBT" with Futurelearn. Starts on 5th June 2017 and is 5 weeks for 3 hours per week (no law that says you have to finish it!).
