Is there any way to repair the nervous system? I've been a nervous wreck my entire life, my Mom rubbed off on me from an early age lol. I feel nervous all day long, tense, and anxious. It wasn't always this constant but I think if I can repair my nervous system I'll be okay. I thought I was making progress about 2 weeks ago but now I feel like I'm getting the depression and derealization again and I don't want to be in that dark place again.

I really recommend you read Dr Claire Weekes books as they are so comforting and she says no matter how long you have been ill you can recover
