Yesterday I ended up in the ER, my heart started to beat fast and I couldn't get it to stop. It was really scary. I had a ekg and came out normal so did my blood tests. They gave me two bags of IV and Ativan. And they said I was fine but this feeling can't be normal. Heart palpitations are flat out horrible.. I had a good few days with out them and BAM I'm in the Ear and my anxiety is through the roof again. Someone please help anyone gone threw this?

My first and only tip I have for you is to stop drinking any drinks with caffeine. I used to get the same panic attacks daily and since I stopped drinking coffee and soda I don't get them anymore. Also get plenty of fresh air and exercise.
