My greatest fear is storms Even a rain storm causes me to have high anxiety & panic I have not lost anyone or been hurt during a storm but I fear everyone of them will turn into a tornado warning Living in Alabama this is a huge problem, it causes all kinds of mental & physical problems in my body Can anyone relate to this or have tips on being able to control the fear when it is not nessary??
