Abdominal pain

So I get this like once a month and it's where my right abdomen hurts and idk what it is but it always goes away after a week. I don't know if it's something I eat that makes it do that it's not severe pain it just feels bloated and I've been having a lot of gas

Do your symptoms appear roughly about the same time of that month that something else happens or use to happen?

I don't get my period for about 8 more days

Ok, I'm a woman too, so you know what I'm thinking. I am wondering if the two things are actually related. Do you think a checkup or call to your gyn might be helpful? A woman's body is so complex. Perhaps there may be an answer here. What do you think?

Is it around days 10 - 17 of your cycle? If so it could be whats referred to as mid-cycle pain. This is pain in the middle of your cycle when the egg is released. It is very common.

Your GP could confirm this.

PMS can cause similar symptoms a week to 10 days before your period starts. If you are between 35 and 55 then perimenopause can trigger more pms symptoms that you may have experienced before.
