Do you feel it coming on?

Anyone else feel their anxiety coming butcant stop it. Like it's rare it just hits me out of nowhere, I usually start by noticing something, maybe I 'feel funny' my eyes go a bit cloudy, my arms begin to ache. Then I'm In a trance of anxiety worrying about said 'funny feel' and sore arms thinking the worst. Techniques like deep breathing don't seem to kick it for me. Just me?

  • Hi yes that sounds just like me. The only thing that I can do is try to occupy my mind by getting busy until time passes
