chest pressure where my heart is and left hand pain and tingling feeling

Soo my chest i keep feeling like a pressure on it then it goes away and a little pain thatc okes and goes and my hand hurts a little and feeling tingling feeling on my arm idk its getting me worried aswell feeling my heart and pulse and im getting some spasm on my chest where my heart is at aswell

The best thing to do is to see your doctor, that way you can see if there's anything to worry about. Worry makes your symptoms worse so make an appointment and get it checked out.

yeah im going to have to do that should it be a regular docter or cardiologist?
