I've been knocked back

I all I'm on 40mg citrolpram for my anxiety and depression I'm feeling better some time but my wife of 14 years marriage has told me that she doesn't love me any more it's knocked me for 6 just don't know what to do I've got silly things going round in my head at the moment I really need help

markrobo, are you in therapy by any chance? It's usually a good idea when medication is started to have an outlet in addressing the issues causing anxiety and depression. I'm really sorry you are going through this.

When that happens to you it's shakes your foundations to the core. Everything you know will change.Its like suffering a bereavement, shock, Sadness, feeling angry etc, all of those things. It is a big life changing thing for sure. Do you have a councilor? If you do you should get there support through this. If you don't then ask your doctor to sort it out for you. There is life at the end of the tunnel for you. Many people have shared your experience so will understand what you are going through.
