Stuck with no answers

So if you've been keeping up with my posts you know I had dizziness, headaches, fatigue and I went to the doctor and got a blood test, he said that he would call if he finds anything hit he also said I won't hear from him if everything fine. He didn't call and I kind of wish he did I want to fee better and I want answers

I know what you mean, hearing nothing makes you feel worse, even though he said if there is nothing found he won't call. If you are too anxious and it's making you worse, give him a call, I'm sure he will understand that you need to hear it from him to feel better x

You can call up and ask . If he's not called then it's probably good news and the tests are clear . If they are clear you need to go on the basis that you are experiencing anxiety symptoms . I have the symptoms you mention and many more when I'm highly anxious . I think we search desperately for answers so we can be treated and the symptoms go , truth is we produce those symptoms by worrying and getting more anxious .
