So I am still struggling so just need some positive vibes from you all! I don't know if it's my antibiotics for the Lyme stirring things up a bit or that I upped my Prozac dose but I am def more anxious recently. This morning I can't get rid of this stupid pressure headache. I also feel so out of it, it's a horrible feeling. I did go to the store yesterday by myself, it went ok but when I got back I was extra shakey. I am off to counseling this morning and I am already all jittery about this. I am going to take small dose of magnesium today for the first time, will see how that goes ( maybe it will help with some of my twitching) I think adding to my stress is trying to find some Lyme doctors and or psychiatrists which is a daunting chore . Just tell me to chill, relax and one of these days I will get better! Thanks for listening to my rant.

Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results."
Positive thinking is more than just a tagline. It changes the way we behave. And I firmly believe that when I am positive, it not only makes me better, but it also makes those around me better
Thanks. I am trying very hard to partake in positive moments with my kids although it is so hard, I know I have to do it!
