My belly is in bits and feel lower to day

I feel like iam fighting a losing war with this anxiety I fight evey day to have a good day but it just don't happen I wake up evey day in pain in my belly and my chest I no its my anxiety but it still drive's me mad I just wood love two have a good day instead off having all bad days :'( :'(

Buy some magnesium it will help you !!

Hi davewavy1, I'm quite new to this site and came on to see if any other folk were having similar symptoms to mine, and came across a few ppl that had. I'm currently on amitriptyline 10mg. I came across a few posts about vitamins and that got me thinking my vitamin intake may be low such as D and B so started taking those. I then came across your post to someone, talking about magnesium - I have recently bought some but they are 500mg - is that too much or should I half them? I have noticed they make me sleepy so started taking one at night!

Yeah that's a high dose, but, it also depends on the type. If it is oxcide then it's uptake in the body is very low compared to a glycinate/citrate type.

If it's oxide then take a half 250mg, that would compare to a very low dose of glycinate.

Just take a look on ingredients !! :-)

Yeah they're also good for sleep.

Yeah they're oxide, it does state on pkt to have one or even 2 but after reading posts on here who are taking magnesium they were only taking half of that so I was a little worried (nothing new there though)!

I've never taking vitamins so its all new, I just hope they work! It also states on pkt that they are for muscle function and nervous system but also for reduction for tiredness and fatigue so how come they make you sleepy?

Oxcide !! Buggers !!

It makes you sleepy but then past that it gives you energy. It could be you are not taking enough to get past that part and are staying​ in the sleepy part.

You can take magnesium at bed time and give it two hours and you'll have a ton of energy and can't sleep, it's all just the dosage and the absorption by the body of the type you have.

Glycinate, taurate and citrate and so on. Glycinate being one of the best.

They're all attached to different things and all magnesiums are not the same !!.

You need magnesium for soooooo many things that it's quite easy to become deficient in it and many other minerals and vitamins, that's where disease starts !!.

I shall look further into this as might be taking wrong magnesium or dose! I have noticed I feel bit sickly though it could be the amitriptyline as that's given me dry mouth and funny sensation on tongue! Its all new to me though its heightening my anxiety!

Just go with it, try some relaxation videos on YouTube see if that helps. Meds aren't always the best way to go, I refused to take em !! Magnesium will do me thank you :-)

Glad they work for you! I'm not a fan in taking meds but the doc put me on amitriptyline for nerve pain and anxiety its a low dose so not too bad as long I don't have to take them to long! :)

Eat bananas, good for belly and good for anxiety.
