Buzzing

All day Monday and last night my inner body felt like it was just buzzing , weird feeling in chest and head , but the buzzing was terrible and the worst sleep . Then this morning I started to have a slight panic attack during a staff meeting and I was the Speaker. I did get through it , but just it was yuck . So what is this Buzzing ?? And did this bring on panic attack . It's just never bloody ending . Feeling hopeless

I had the same, had to get on meds to help because the anxiety issues were making my depression worse.

I ended up taking a xanax but it took ages to kick in . It's just horrible

Have you ever heard of kundalini and "downloads" helping you to raise your consciousness. I get this in my heart chakra a lot, and it's started to make me feel like I can feel earth tremors nobody else can feel, it also is acompained with a tinnitus. I can't tell if it's coming from within or from the earth. It literally feels like your going crazy!
