I just wanted to say that it's been a while since I've had a major anxiety attack enough to make me want to get on here for some help/advice. Since I started my new job and started getting out more and trying to focus on being more creative and positive in life it has helped me limit my anxious mind and thoughts to a minimum. I still get those crazy panic thoughts time to time but I've been getting better at silencing them as soon as I feel the attack coming on.
It really helps to be around positive people, staying busy, and keeping yourself at peace and not overthinking life to make yourself stress. Keep your head up guys and remember even when it seems bad you'll get better. Much love
