Advice on Excitement

Advice please🤔 How do I get excited about something without anxiety?? Maybe the question is How do I keep my mind out of excitement?? My mind wants me to believe it's anxiety not just a good emotion My body is happy & non-stressed but my mind wonders back to ~Oh No u are emotional Here comes the panic Any advice in knowing the difference in just emotions or panic?

This shows just how anxiety works. You're excited and happy and all is well, but anx comes creeping in and plants the small seed of worry. Anxiety comes from the habitual habit of subconscious, negative thinking.

Whats one thing you wish you had available to you during an anx or panic attack

I wish I always somebody to talk to but know that is not nessary or possible
