Scared

I have chest pain but only on the left side it helps to take deep breaths but then it comes back I don't want to die I'm scared

You are not dying and you will be fine. I also have ongoing chest/ scapular pain left and right side. If the pain changes with movement and breathing it's not cardiac. I did have mine checked out, EKG and stress test so maybe you might want to as well just so you don't obsess. It could easily be GI stuff like GERD, I am also having that checked out by scopes and us I think it's most likely anxiety but it's always good to rule things out Anxiety wrecks havoc on every system, it really really sucks
