Hello there, your definitely not alone, I couldn't sleep at all either, I have horrible nightmares, so sometimes I stay awake to avoid going to sleep, and then it makes me have anxiety and panic attacks, I also hate being home alone whenever I do feel a panic attack coming on. It's definitely hard I know exactly what your going through
