Is this a normal panic attack symptom?

Last Saturday I suddenly, out of nowhere, got really weak and could not keep my eyes open (was not tired at all). Then I got flu like symptoms.Then my body started tensing up and everything around me looked really off. My previous panic attacks have always made my body extremely restless and of course the impending doom thoughts. This last one had all new symptoms so now I'm not sure if it even was a panic attack. Thoughts anyone?

Hi there, where were you and what were you doing at the time? Might have a better idea of how to answer your issue if I know the situation. So far, its possible your sudden anxious feelings just happen to have hit you around the same time as you caught the flu. let me know

I was sitting on a recliner in my living room, nursing my daughter. Then it happened.

Well, Anxiety and the flu do have a few common symptoms, headache, tiredness and weakness, nausea, shakes. If you have anymore flu symptoms then you have probably caught it, if not, then your experiencing anxiety by itself. I suggest hot drinks, warm baths and a good nights sleep. Thank you for replying to me. I truly appreciate you taking the time to help me. I haven't had anymore symptoms of the flu, thank goodness. I will check out that website right now.
