I always feel so anxious after a night out. For example i went out tonight and i didnt drink but when i was driving and hanging out at the casino with friends i felt like i had been drinking. Kind of like a contact high but with alcohol lol. But it happens everytime i go out to clubs and concerts and thats why i usually stay in. It doesnt bug me during the day just at night. I probably noticed it start happening a year or two ago when i began to get super anxious but its weird and uncomfortable.

I am so sorry that you were anxious when you went out. I have to say though that I am very impressed that you went out at all! So often anxiety isolates us from having positive social experiences with others. I know it feels weird and uncomfortable but I salute you for taking a chance on life! Good for you! Do you have any positive coping skills that you use during the day for your anxiety that you could use at night?
