Feeling Faint,wobbly,and dizziness all the time

I'm consistently feeling like I'm going to fall over,wobbly and as if I'm going to pass out daily..I know it's due to anxiety but the feelings when they happen day in day out are horrible..I nearlly expect it all the time at this stage..

So you know this is from anxiety, why not get it treated and be free of much of these problems?

I don't want to take tablets for it..the taught so far being stuck on something for god knows how long doesn't make me want to take them..Even though the feelings are horrible,I just try battle through them..

OK, I was thinking of an antidepressant, not a benzo that can be addicting.

ye but anti d tabs do be prescribed to treat anxiety 2.. It's a know win either way..
