What's up. Decided to come here for general talk. I'm currently experiencing palpations and shooting pains in my head, body, and gas pain stabbing feeling. I'm not panicking, I'm too tired to fight anxiety symptoms. My head pain is all tmj related. The gas pain and palpations is all digestion related due to me being backed up for two days from poor diet. It I'm here, to avoid googling shit I've googled a hundred times.

Hi cobon I just woke up with the shakes through my body and hot flashes. I know it's anxiety too and try not to let it take over as it will normally pass in few hours. Glad you realize these are just anxiety symptoms and they will pass however uncomfortable they are.
