Bad night

So i was having such a good day. Then i feel like as soon as i went to the mall, i left and im feeling terrible now. Worse then ive felt in such a long time. My head hurts, my chest hurts, and im having trouble breathing. And now im going through a lot of health related what ifs in my head although i know these symptoms are from anxiety. Sometimes i dont know what triggers my anxiety. But it is definitely worse at night. Maybe its because i was stressed i was trying to find an outfit for my birthday (first world problems i know lol). But i HATE going shopping bc i have a terrible self image. So i always walk out bummed and empty handed.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I seem to be getting worse at night. I think I worry about my insomnia too.

I am the same way when it comes to having a good day, then all of a sudden something happens and it sets me off. I dwell on it constantly and my anxiety is on the rise.
