Tiredness

I have been feeling exhausted since I had medication. Made me ill and severe muscle spasms, fast heart and pulse rate. Cannot take any medication. Had all sorts of tests, heart monitor and Ecg. All clear. Had 6 mthly Vitamin D injection in December.

Am always tired. Used to be very active and now can't seem to do anything.

I have a rest but can't seem to enhance my energy levels. Any suggestions

I had all those tests plus thryoid tests and more. Same boat. I feel for ya

Thank you. I stopped cleaning house everyday and carrying stuff. Take it much easier.
