Posted on this group a few times but I'm still really struggling with health anxiety and how to deal with these thoughts. I can't stop thinking I've got every cancer under the sun. It's so unfair I'm only 20 yrs old I shouldn't be thinking about this at my age although I am aware it can happen 😩😩😩

i understand you completely. You should see my posts on health anxiety, I sound insane!! but if you ever need anything, feel free to message me. HA plays tricks on you with the constant scary, negative thoughts about different illnesses and is very good at mimicking the symptoms of those things we are afraid of!
