Chest pain when waking?

Does anyone wake up to chest pain? Almost like cold air stuck in your chest and hurts to take a deep breathe? Iv had this for a long time now whenever I mention it to the doctor he just looks at me weirdly lol so was just wondering if anyone else suffered anything like it?

I've heard of people with anxiety saying they feel this many times. They go to the emergency room over and over and get clean bills of health over and over. Have you been checked by a doctor for this pain? Or did the doctor just look at you weirdly?

I have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and I've never had chest pain, just lots of anxiety symptoms until I was put on anti-anxiety medicine. Since then I don't get anxious and every thing is good. I've even decreased my clonazepam quite a bit. Have you been evaluated for anxiety?

I suffer severe anxiety really bad physical symptoms I can't take my meds ATM as I'm 36 weeks pregnant, iv had so many tests over the years so doctor just looks at me strange now, I have heard that it can happen from GERD as well which I suffer with pretty bad when my anxiety levels are up! I even have it after a day time nap :/

I'm sorry to hear about this. You can't do anything about the anxiety because you're pregnant? Will you be nursing after your baby is born?

I'm not 100% sure yet as I really need to get back on my medication for my own sake and the kids other wise I just struggle everyday thinking there is something seriously wrong with my health 😭

Yes, it seems as though you need to get on some anti-anxiety med and give up breast feeding for everyone's sake. If you don't the baby will feel your anxiety as you hold him/her and you know you'll be anxious and that will be bad for everyone. The children could end up imitating your anxiety as their own approach to life, thinking that is normal.
