Lately I have been experiencing where I hear a swooshing sound in my right ear that sounds like my pulse mixed with ear ringing it drives me crazy not sure if this is from anxiety or something else does anyone know what causes this and how to make it stop

Hi Andrea1915, I don't believe it's from anxiety although I had this in my right ear a month ago. At first I thought it was from sleeping on my right side and the pressure of the pillow. I thought about maybe wax causing the magnification of my heart beat. I use Debrox drops for several days which softens any wax formation. The pulse sound stopped. If it continues, you should see your doctor or an ENT specialist. It is an annoying feeling I know..
