has anyone ever had chest pains in heart? its mostly when i breathe in deeply theres like a pressure kind of pain there as well.. I've had ecg and a chest x-ray back in july and i am 21 years old

Hi fionaleung21, It sounds like the chest pains you are experiencing are coming from your lungs or muscle wall. If both your ECG and Chest X-Ray were clear, you need to question the doctor again to see if more tests are warranted.
