Ok I'm losing my mine I feel so helpless does anyone else get a burning/heat sensation on the chest I'm bugging out I just had a doctor listen to my chest he said it was fine so why am I in such a panic . I just need a few inputs maybe just to calm me down feel like I have no one to talk to

I have the same thing from time to time. Try to relax. Take deep breaths.. your doctor has checked your heart and says that you are okay. Trust him.. it's just your anxiety 🙂 Best wishes

I get the same burning/heat sensation in the chest.....I too have had my heart checked out...seems to be alright....but it scares me nevertheless. Need to learn to trust my doctor and relax

I think that chest pains due to anxiety must be the commonest posts on here every day!

I promise it's a normal anxiety symptom. When it gets bad I take my preventative medication (vistaril or clonazepam) but I also say out loud, my chest is burning and it's because I'm anxious. Think about it, it's fight or flight response so all of that unused nervous energy is gonna make your heart pound and chest burn, very normal, also very scary.
