Trying to face my fears it's not working.

I keep having panic attack in work. There is one male who works on my floor everytime he approaches me I blush and have panic attack and have to run.

So I seen him the other day in the shop and talked to him and I felt fine.

But now he is trying to talk to me at work.

I just don't know why this is happening or what to do.

I am in counselling at the moment.

I do not fancy this person I'm just so anxious thinking about work. I'm so in fear of blushing in work.

Thank god only 1 make works on my floor cause I would t be able 😂😂
