Anxiety Support


Hey guys so a couple days ago I started getting back pain and shoulder pain and I thought it was from sleeping wrong maybe but it's still there now. It doesn't even hurt anymore but i feel something it's hard to explain but I feel like I need to crack my back I feel like I just need a huge crack in my middle back does anyone have any suggestions on how to crack it
