I have finally plucked up the courage to phone the doctors and I have an appointment in a weeks time!
I have had good days and bad days since Christmas. I woke up on Sunday with a terrible cold so I haven't really been feeling that great or very positive since the weekend.
It is January, it is a new year and I am going to do something about this.
I am worried that the doctors will just give me pills and say 'get on with it' I really do not want to be put on any medication, I want to speak to somebody first and see if it helps. What are your experiences with counselling, good, bad?
