At least not as well. In the past I'd have a bout of anxiety and it would last a few months and as long as I exercised eat healthier it would fade away. Well I'm 9+months on this rough patch and though I'm exercising and doing the right things it's still lingering. Had a few great days but today was the worst in months. All because i woke up with massive brain fog and things just escalated from there. Guess I'm still sensitized. The brain fog would've lifted after a few hours most likely but I fed the fear with the despair that I had the brain fog.

Hi LDS32, You nailed it on the head. The brain fog would have left on it's own but feeding the fear kept it around longer. Our bodies and minds are very sensitive to what we are physically feeling as well as sounds, smells and lighting can also exacerbate the fear. Anxiety is also ready to reappear at the drop of a hat if we let it. They say, live and learn, so chalk today up to another experience well learned.
Yep yep. Just a bad day. Those happen with or without anxiety. As bad as it was today I'm fine now gaming online talking with you fine folks at the same time. lol
