Hi Guy's, does Anxiety's ever go away

Have been battling with anxiety to the past year and some days are okay and ayy u don't know, going to hospital , what test should I ask them to do, to see what's causing this

Hi lerissa, Yes, Anxiety will one day go away. Unfortunately, there is no test to see what causes anxiety, physically that is. Anxiety stems from our brain and what it is telling us. Feeding us false information, negative thoughts that paralyze our body with fear. When going to the ER, the best they can do is give you some Ativan to quiet your anxiety and then recommend you see a therapist. Following the forum is a great way to learn about different techniques that can be used including Acceptance of the disorder. The more we give into the thoughts and the symptoms, the longer Anxiety hangs on. Wishing you well lerissa.

Make sure that it's Anexity because it could be Heart related... Because I thought all my issue was Anexity and come to find out I found out it was my Heart also .... Keep up with your health because doctors can misdiagnos and only you know your body...

Well said. I dealt with it and wore a monitor for a month to be sure. Some doctors do pass over especially if you tell them you have anxiety.
