Wishing you a Christmas!

Well, I'm not going to wish you all a Happy Christmas or even a peaceful one - as one of the big difficulties at this time of year is the expectation to be happy and jolly and for everything to be perfect even though that is completely unrealistic. Which makes the normal imperfections of life seem even worse. So I am just going to wish you a Christmas and the courage to be who you are, to feel what you feel and to love and look after yourselves. This might be helpful reading:
