Hello everyone hope all of you have been doing okay and staying strong! Lately my anxiety has been under control but can't seem to fix my nights but it's 4 in the morning I am tired restless I had a big fight with my mom about Christmas and once again feels like it's just all coming back I'm trying to remain strong as I'm typing....

I'm sure this is not what a doctor would recommend but when I wake up in the middle of the night I try to find an interesting TV show to watch until I fall asleep. But not so interesting as it would keep me awake. I also try YouTube ASMR relaxation videos.
