Heart slow down....

My heart is fast all the time every night right now I woke up and it's 86 bpm which I know isn't bad but is it ok for sleep/night time? Last night or the night before when the paramedics came I was freaking out over my blood pressure and heart rate but they said my heart is 100% fine no heart attack or even a risk to worry about :/ my husband puts the heat on and I sweat and get hot is that the reason for the heart pounds?

i wouldnt be to concerned about that 86bpm is not bad. Sometimes anxiety or just being cautious of our heart beat can elevate our heart rate. If the Emts checked everything and says you are fine have faith that you are fine. I know its scary and easier said then done. If you are really concerned maybe see your DR just to put yourself at ease. My heart jumps all over the place depending on how stressed , anxious or cautious i am.

Yea even if they checked me at the worst time they still said I won't have a heart attack but it still feels terrifying the body is strange :/

Yeah if i learned anything worrying stress anxiety causes weird things many times i swore something was wrong and i was completely okay. When you feel like you're heart is going a little fast maybe try deep breathing. Hope you find some relief
